A stimulating administrative environment for workers in charitable associations and institutions

I am honored to present in this book to those working in the field of charitable and humanitarian work, including charitable associations, foundations, and civil society organizations, the results of a field study on the best administrative environments that motivate work, production, and creativity. This study was prepared at the request of one of the leading charitable organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I was honored to plan, design, and supervise the study. My colleagues in my work team specialized in studies and consulting at Dar Al-Maarifa Company for Human Development assisted me in gathering information and analyzing the results. This book presents the most important features of this field study and a summary of its most important results, with the aim of benefiting from it and employing its recommendations to develop work and raise the level of performance in charitable associations, foundations, and civil society organizations.
