The idea for this book stemmed from a training course I designed and have been implementing for several years. The course focuses on raising the efficiency and level of trainees in writing and preparing administrative, technical, and business reports in Arabic and English. I have implemented the course for several private sector entities and companies, and I have seen how some leading companies have made it part of their career ladder, requiring categories of their employees to enroll in this course and then progress to other courses. There is no doubt that these major companies and others have realized that writing and preparing administrative, technical, and business reports is an important part of the communication process, which in turn is responsible for the company’s success, increased profitability, and competitiveness in the job market.
