Since mankind first became acquainted with civilization and the journey in pursuit of knowledge in its various forms, it has been a long-standing tradition for mankind, for which they endure hardships, leave their families and friends, and make material, personal, and social sacrifices. This remains the case in our modern era, where a constant movement of hundreds of thousands of students flows from city to city and from country to country. There is no doubt that one of the most prominent phenomena of our contemporary life is the flow of this student movement from the developing countries of the South in Africa, Asia, and South America to the advanced countries of the North in Europe and North America, in waves that increase and decrease in light of certain economic, political, and social factors.
