Therefore, we must learn how to deal with these changes and harness them for our own benefit.

There is no doubt that you have experienced change, whether directly or indirectly; in your home, at work, or perhaps even within yourself. You are experiencing change whether you like it or not. The problem is not the occurrence of change, but rather how you respond to and deal with these changes. This is known as the skills of excelling in dealing with change.

The Impact of Change

Individuals vary in the degree to which changes affect them. However, those who experience changes in their lives often suffer from some illnesses and adverse circumstances, while others have mastered change management skills; they have the ability to mitigate the impact of stress and crises, and even develop the ability to deal constructively with change.

Responding to Change

Change causes disruption and stress in an individual’s life, and may even lead to crises. The disruption resulting from this change is not limited to negatively impacting the mind; it also spreads to the body, causing illness. This disruption may even spread to the emotions, destroying them.

Body Care

The process of change requires physical energy, which depends on how well you take care of your body. When change requires longer working hours, this requires careful attention to nutrition, adequate rest and sleep, in addition to regular exercise to replenish your body’s energy.

     </details>
      <details id="e-n-accordion-item-2651" class="e-n-accordion-item" >

Chapter Two

Chapter Two: Foundations of Change

It’s not important to have the skills to master dealing with change, but rather to have the desire to bring about change and benefit from the new developments in life.

Methods for Benefiting from New Developments and Changes

1. Study and develop new technical and human skills.

2. Seek out those who are already doing things or learning.

3. Push yourself toward the same implementation methods.

4. Learn to act without sufficient information.

Establishing Workplace Safety

When change occurs in a workplace where safety rules have not been established, it causes chaos and confusion as a result of the changes brought about. In the past, the focus in the workplace was on job safety, but today it is possible to build job and personal security through engagement with the effectiveness of change.

Establishing Our Own Safety Rules

1. Cross Work Boundaries: This is done by learning and listening to different channels in the workplace.

2. Don’t limit your focus to the boundaries of work. Find what needs to be done, and don’t limit yourself to the scope of work.

3. Be versatile. Continue to learn and challenge yourself, and enjoy them. Don’t settle for comfort and laziness.

4. Be flexible: Don’t stand idly by in the face of events; change your way of thinking and approaching solutions.

The Difficulty of Change

To master the difficulty of change requires several things:

1. Controlling your internal emotions and attitudes toward it.

2. Making suggestions and talking to others about the change.

3. Gathering information and seeking help and support from those around you.

4. Exercising extreme care.

Preparing a strong response

Constant readiness to adapt to changes and mental and physical preparation are essential to confronting and even benefiting from these changes. Therefore, we find that strong managers possess qualities and characteristics that enable them to withstand these changes. These qualities make them effective change managers, including:

1. Commitment to job duties.

2. Viewing change as an opportunity.

3. Focusing on the things they control.

4. These standards stem from our own experiences and personal perspectives.

Stages of the Change Process

The path to change is rarely easy, but it is not difficult for those who understand how to deal with change.

Beginning with the recognition of the need for change, the change process then goes through the following stages:

The Rejection Stage: We initially face the change process with rejection to protect ourselves from falling into a cycle of confusion.

The Resistance Stage: This stage begins with conflict and resistance and begins with practical steps such as complaining and blaming others, along with an internal preparation for moving to the next stage.

The Exploration Stage: After the resistance and conflict stage is over, the transition to a more positive stage is made, which is exploring the future and identifying the correct approach.

The Commitment Stage: After discovering new, appropriate methods for dealing with change, comes the commitment stage

to the new work. This leads to the ability to adapt to change.

The Rhythm of Continuous Change

As long as you are alive, you will experience change whether you like it or not. You may go through stages of change, whether

consecutive or overlapping. The important thing is to realize that the change process has no end.

When People Are Shocked by Problems

People are shocked by problems for two reasons:

– Continuing to cling to change without moving through it.

– Rapidly launching change without completing its stages.

Understanding Resistance

Resistance seems to be a natural and innate phase, but people don’t resist change itself, but rather the losses of change.

The reasons people resist change include:

1. Lack of clarity regarding change expectations and job threats.

2. Feeling out of control.

3. Fear of appearing weak and ignorant.

4. Lack of information necessary to understand the change process.

Stepping the Opportunity: Vision

This is a successful method for overcoming the change process. It requires using your mind to visualize the desired outcome of the change.

This visualization prepares your mind, increasing your motivation to achieve the results of the change. Therefore, pay attention to what you imagine, expect, or wish for, as it may actually happen.

     </details>
      <details id="e-n-accordion-item-2653" class="e-n-accordion-item" >

Chapter Four

Chapter Four: Increasing Personal Power

Self-Management

When change occurs, the most important aspect that requires change is changing yourself. This allows you to control your actions, feelings, and thoughts. Self-control is limitless. Focusing on the things you can’t do creates boredom and frustration, so focus on the things you can do to foster positive aspects and a sense of achievement.

Create a Positive Inner Climate

The beginning of preserving your latent energy and preventing it from dissipating begins with your own personal vision of your ability to implement change.

Respect Yourself: You Are Not the One to Blame

The most important source of change is yourself, so pay attention to how you treat yourself. Treating yourself positively increases self-respect and self-esteem, so reward yourself for accomplishments and don’t expect appreciation and praise from others.

Facing the Future

Be aware of the future, the present, and the past, always ready to do your best to face the future.

Change may not be in your best interest when it is negative, but it may be positive and in your best interest. Beware of pessimism and assume things positively.

Now, identify your strengths, weaknesses, skills, and what you need to learn to move forward.

Dealing with Old Expectations

Many people waste their energy lamenting the loss of old methods. Some even compare old methods to new ones, even if the old method is negative. This is foolish. Therefore, accept new methods and treat them with the principle of “innocent until proven guilty.”

Developing Attitudes to Confront Possibilities

Your expectations are undoubtedly driven by your thinking patterns, beliefs, and attitudes, and this plays a significant role in your success in managing the change process.

Self-Suggestion

Negative thinking leads to the use of ineffective methods, because what you think about is what will happen to you. This undoubtedly has a destructive effect during the change process.

Encouraging Thoughts

Thoughts that help you view the future in a positive way.

Changing Thoughts

Verbalizing negative thoughts negatively impacts your thinking, so replace these words with positive ones to change your thoughts for the better.

How to Change Thoughts:

1. Take Responsibility. Look at what you can do, not what is impossible.

2. Experimentation: Try these ideas and ask for evidence of their success.

3. Affirmation of Positive Thoughts: Choose new positive thoughts.

4. Positive Visualization Training: Achieve your results with your mind before you achieve them with your actions.

5. Rethinking: Look at things from a different perspective to seize opportunities and overcome obstacles. Transforming Discouraging Thoughts into Encouraging Thoughts: Choose one of your discouraging thoughts and transform it into an encouraging thought that you see as achievable.

     </details>
      <details id="e-n-accordion-item-2654" class="e-n-accordion-item" >

Chapter Five

Chapter Five: Getting Started

Developing Personal Power

One of the most important pillars of change management is enhancing your personal ability to face the future. Therefore, we must learn how to deal with these changes and harness them for our own benefit.There is no doubt that you have experienced change, whether directly or indirectly; in your home, at work, or perhaps even within yourself. You are experiencing change whether you like it or not. The problem is not the occurrence of change, but rather how you respond to and deal with these changes. This is known as the skills of excelling in dealing with change.The Impact of ChangeIndividuals vary in the degree to which changes affect them. However, those who experience changes in their lives often suffer from some illnesses and adverse circumstances, while others have mastered change management skills; they have the ability to mitigate the impact of stress and crises, and even develop the ability to deal constructively with change.Responding to ChangeChange causes disruption and stress in an individual’s life, and may even lead to crises. The disruption resulting from this change is not limited to negatively impacting the mind; it also spreads to the body, causing illness. This disruption may even spread to the emotions, destroying them.Body CareThe process of change requires physical energy, which depends on how well you take care of your body. When change requires longer working hours, this requires careful attention to nutrition, adequate rest and sleep, in addition to regular exercise to replenish your body’s energy."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Chapter Two","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Chapter Two: Foundations of Change
            It’s not important to have the skills to master dealing with change, but rather to have the desire to bring about change and benefit from the new developments in life.Methods for Benefiting from New Developments and Changes1. Study and develop new technical and human skills.2. Seek out those who are already doing things or learning.3. Push yourself toward the same implementation methods.4. Learn to act without sufficient information.Establishing Workplace SafetyWhen change occurs in a workplace where safety rules have not been established, it causes chaos and confusion as a result of the changes brought about. In the past, the focus in the workplace was on job safety, but today it is possible to build job and personal security through engagement with the effectiveness of change.Establishing Our Own Safety Rules1. Cross Work Boundaries: This is done by learning and listening to different channels in the workplace.2. Don’t limit your focus to the boundaries of work. Find what needs to be done, and don’t limit yourself to the scope of work.3. Be versatile. Continue to learn and challenge yourself, and enjoy them. Don’t settle for comfort and laziness.4. Be flexible: Don’t stand idly by in the face of events; change your way of thinking and approaching solutions.The Difficulty of ChangeTo master the difficulty of change requires several things:1. Controlling your internal emotions and attitudes toward it.2. Making suggestions and talking to others about the change.3. Gathering information and seeking help and support from those around you.4. Exercising extreme care.Preparing a strong responseConstant readiness to adapt to changes and mental and physical preparation are essential to confronting and even benefiting from these changes. Therefore, we find that strong managers possess qualities and characteristics that enable them to withstand these changes. These qualities make them effective change managers, including:1. Commitment to job duties.2. Viewing change as an opportunity.3. Focusing on the things they control.4. Learn from Past ExperiencesThe past is replete with success stories where we were able to successfully manage change. This has built our experience in change management. This will illuminate the future for you to successfully deal with and manage change.More Changes in Real LifeContemporary life is characterized by turbulent waves of change. Stability has diminished, requiring us to learn and absorb new things and deal with them intelligently.2. Change Throughout Your LifeResponding to change in the early stages of life is more effective than in the later stages.3. Personal StandardsWe all have personal standards that vary from person to person. These standards stem from our own experiences and personal perspectives.Stages of the Change ProcessThe path to change is rarely easy, but it is not difficult for those who understand how to deal with change.Beginning with the recognition of the need for change, the change process then goes through the following stages:The Rejection Stage: We initially face the change process with rejection to protect ourselves from falling into a cycle of confusion.The Resistance Stage: This stage begins with conflict and resistance and begins with practical steps such as complaining and blaming others, along with an internal preparation for moving to the next stage.The Exploration Stage: After the resistance and conflict stage is over, the transition to a more positive stage is made, which is exploring the future and identifying the correct approach.The Commitment Stage: After discovering new, appropriate methods for dealing with change, comes the commitment stageto the new work. This leads to the ability to adapt to change.The Rhythm of Continuous ChangeAs long as you are alive, you will experience change whether you like it or not. You may go through stages of change, whetherconsecutive or overlapping. The important thing is to realize that the change process has no end.When People Are Shocked by ProblemsPeople are shocked by problems for two reasons:– Continuing to cling to change without moving through it.– Rapidly launching change without completing its stages.Understanding ResistanceResistance seems to be a natural and innate phase, but people don’t resist change itself, but rather the losses of change.The reasons people resist change include:1. Lack of clarity regarding change expectations and job threats.2. Feeling out of control.3. Fear of appearing weak and ignorant.4. Lack of information necessary to understand the change process.Stepping the Opportunity: VisionThis is a successful method for overcoming the change process. It requires using your mind to visualize the desired outcome of the change.This visualization prepares your mind, increasing your motivation to achieve the results of the change. This allows you to control your actions, feelings, and thoughts. Self-control is limitless. Focusing on the things you can’t do creates boredom and frustration, so focus on the things you can do to foster positive aspects and a sense of achievement.Create a Positive Inner ClimateThe beginning of preserving your latent energy and preventing it from dissipating begins with your own personal vision of your ability to implement change.Respect Yourself: You Are Not the One to BlameThe most important source of change is yourself, so pay attention to how you treat yourself. Treating yourself positively increases self-respect and self-esteem, so reward yourself for accomplishments and don’t expect appreciation and praise from others.Facing the FutureBe aware of the future, the present, and the past, always ready to do your best to face the future.Change may not be in your best interest when it is negative, but it may be positive and in your best interest. Beware of pessimism and assume things positively.Now, identify your strengths, weaknesses, skills, and what you need to learn to move forward.Dealing with Old ExpectationsMany people waste their energy lamenting the loss of old methods. Some even compare old methods to new ones, even if the old method is negative. This is foolish. Therefore, accept new methods and treat them with the principle of “innocent until proven guilty.”Developing Attitudes to Confront PossibilitiesYour expectations are undoubtedly driven by your thinking patterns, beliefs, and attitudes, and this plays a significant role in your success in managing the change process.Self-SuggestionNegative thinking leads to the use of ineffective methods, because what you think about is what will happen to you. This undoubtedly has a destructive effect during the change process.Encouraging ThoughtsThoughts that help you view the future in a positive way.Changing ThoughtsVerbalizing negative thoughts negatively impacts your thinking, so replace these words with positive ones to change your thoughts for the better.How to Change Thoughts:1. Take Responsibility. Look at what you can do, not what is impossible.2. Experimentation: Try these ideas and ask for evidence of their success.3. Affirmation of Positive Thoughts: Choose new positive thoughts.4. Positive Visualization Training: Achieve your results with your mind before you achieve them with your actions.5.
